Real Flexibility for Real Life

Work Location and Remote Structure

  • Our positions are remote, with the exception of occasional in-person client needs and team- and skills-building exercises.

  • Employees may work from any location within the United States, provided they meet the time zone and work authorization requirements outlined below.

  • As a distributed team, we rely on proactive communication, strong time management, adaptability, and accountability. Team members are expected to maintain a professional remote work environment that supports focused work and client-facing meetings.

  • Occasional travel for team or client meetings may be required, depending on business needs.

Work Hours and Time Zones

  • Because we serve U.S.-based clients, availability during standard U.S. business hours is required.

  • Employees must maintain regular working hours that provide meaningful overlap with Eastern and Central Time business hours, Monday through Friday. At a minimum, team members are expected to have four to six hours of daily overlap with U.S. core business hours.

  • We will do our best to match you up with clients who are in your time zone, but this is not something we can guarantee.

  • Specific scheduling expectations will be discussed during the hiring process and may vary based on role level and client portfolio.

  • This work involves coverage of events and meetings that may occur outside standard business hours.

  • You also may be asked to travel occasionally in support of clients’ needs.
