Requirements & Expectations

Technology and Security Requirements

  • Because we are a remote organization, it is understood that employees will probably be working from home, at co-working spaces, or in work-appropriate spaces if traveling. Regardless of the work location, employees must maintain:

    • Reliable, high-speed internet access

    • A secure and professional work environment where phone calls and video conferencing are private and can be conducted easily without distractions

    • The ability to always safeguard confidential client and company information

    • The ability to protect work equipment against theft, vandalism, and other mishaps

  • We do not reimburse or compensate employees for their home office rent/mortgage and utilities, phone lines/plans, office or co-working space leases, or similar expenses. We encourage employees to speak with their tax advisor on this and similar topics.

  • Employees must comply with all documented company data security and privacy policies.
