Leah Yoneda
CEO & Founder

Leah Yoneda is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Point Continuum. She is an entrepreneur and growth strategist with over two decades of experience in professional and financial services marketing and leadership. Before founding Point Continuum, Leah spent 20+ years working with startup, regional, national, and global firms in business development, marketing, and communications.
Early in her career, Leah was exposed to the important work that nonprofits did for the economy. Not only did many charities provide essential services and support to communities, but membership and industry associations also served as a vital connective tissue that uniquely linked the business community. Inspired by the often-untold impact of the nonprofit community, she obtained a Board Professional Certification from Boardwise and has served on numerous boards throughout her career, several of which she continues to serve on today.
That experience sits at the center of why she founded Point Continuum. She kept encountering the same pattern: capable board members and nonprofit leaders doing meaningful work, yet they were over-burdened by administrative and operational demands that had nothing to do with why they showed up in the first place. Her question was simple: if we’ve solved for many of these operational challenges in the for-profit sector, how can we share that knowledge, increase capacity, and empower the nonprofit sector?
She built Point Continuum around three commitments that mattered equally to her:
•Giving small- and medium-sized associations and charities a comprehensive, genuine, and long-term operational boost rather than just another vendor relationship,
•Elevating volunteer board experience so it doesn't get worn down by busywork and these valuable volunteer contributions make bigger impact, and
•Guiding a team and community around this work that takes it as seriously as she does.
As CEO, Leah leads Point Continuum's work across professional admin, marketing, technology, membership, and executive leadership support for volunteer-led organizations and associations, bringing the same growth-strategy discipline she applies at Golden Ginkgo (a boutique consultancy she founded) to help these organizations run like a business without losing sight of the mission at the center.
